Fairbanks Integrated Community Services (FICS) is a Non-Profit corporation in Fairbanks, Alaska. We deliver high-quality and evidence-based care to individuals in the greatest need across the Fairbanks North Star Borough. Our target populations include individuals experiencing: serious mental illness, substance abuse, and/or homelessness. In 2025, we were awarded the Emergency Service Patrol contract through the City of Fairbanks, where we are targeting long-term change at a first-contact service level.
